About Whitley Builders
Whitley Builders is a family-owned and operated business located in Palm Coast, Florida. The founder, William P. Whitley III, began his construction career in 1980 as a superintendent for a contractor in Philadelphia. In 1985, Whitley and his family relocated back to Florida where his family had been previously rooted. It was then that he attained a State Certified Building Contractor’s license, laying the foundation for Whitley Builders, LLC.
In 1992, Whitley embarked on a new career in franchising in California. In 2004, Whitley felt a strong pull to return to Florida to be near aging parents and in-laws. It was at this time that Whitley’s three grown sons Aaron, Adam, and Billy expressed a strong desire for the family to return to the construction arena. This led to Whitley achieving State Certification in Building Contracting again, and launching what is now a successful construction business with Whitley and his three sons.
